Chesed International Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, and religious educational purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code currently waiting for IRS Tax exempt Status. The Corporation will engage in activities permissible under Section 501(c)(3) such as financially supporting and training of Christian ministers and missionaries, building places of worship, encouraging Christian missions overseas, aiding in the production and publication of Christian literature, and helping the needy.
